Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

We stayed in a luxurious suite on the 6th floor and were amazed by the exquisite design and modern feel. the staff was amiable and attentive to our needs, fulfilling a special diet menu with ease. the Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Massage facilities were of superior quality, offering relaxation in exclusive private facilities. the restaurant served a delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was comfortable and stylish.

We found the prices a bit expensive, but well worth the luxurious amenities and location advantages. we had a minor issue with our spacious room, which had a few non-relevant details that could have been improved.

The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to many sights and attractions, such as the Torvehallerne food market. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, with a great bed and pillows that were praised by previous guests. The front desk and concierge staff provided excellent service, offering helpful recommendations and assistance throughout the stay. The hotel also offered various facilities, including a fitness center and spa.

The hotel had limited breakfast options and poor synchronization of food, as mentioned in one review.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel with a spacious and clean room offering amazing views of the city and Tivoli Park. The gym was a great addition, and the breakfast at the restaurant was very good. The location was perfect, right opposite Tivoli with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. we highly recommend this hotel.

The design of the hotel was nostalgic and unique, giving off a glamorous vibe. the room itself was well thought out with various lighting options and plenty of storage space. the view from the high floor was exceptional, overlooking Tivoli Garden and the Central Train Station. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being centrally located and within walking distance of many main attractions.

The bathroom lacked block-out curtains, making it quite warm and lacking privacy. the walls were quite thin, allowing for noise to be heard from the neighboring room.

Fantastic location, right next to Tivoli Gardens and Central Station. Delicious breakfast with both buffet and a la carte options. Helpful and attentive staff who quickly solve any issues. Outstanding cleaning service. Looking forward to returning.

Loved the central location, so convenient for exploring the city. the gym facilities were fantastic, well-equipped and spacious. the breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.

The breakfast staff seemed indifferent and were not very attentive. the rooms were small, making it challenging to move around and organize luggage.

During our recent stay at the Radisson, we had an incident where the housekeeping staff walked into our room while we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed. It was unprofessional and rude, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and ensured our comfort and privacy. The front desk was responsive and took immediate action, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and commitment to resolving any issues that may arise.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel offers excellent facilities and amenities, including spacious and well-designed rooms with stunning views. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and anticipating guest needs. The location is convenient for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, with the option to request special orders. The hotel represents a great image for the Radisson brand.

The hotel felt cozy and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The hotel's location was superb, with a shopping area just a stone's throw away and direct access to the train station. We also enjoyed the view of the Tivoli park from our room. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the service was friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent, with a choice of English and Continental breakfast foods.

The windows were not soundproof enough, which meant that traffic noise could be heard even with the windows closed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is prime - right across the road from a famous amusement park and within walking distance of some great restaurants.
